Tips for your visit
Half a day is enough for the viewpoint, the center, and a coffee, but staying overnight lets you enjoy the town without the day-trip crowds.
Filandia is about 30-40 minutes from Armenia and very close to Salento and Circasia. Buses are frequent, but a car helps if you want to visit nearby reserves.
The Barbas Bremen Nature Reserve, ideal for birdwatching, is just a few minutes from the town.
